TRIMS Awareness programm

Jan 14, 2015

A team of 8 so called TRIMS town criers visited 17 different markets and motorparks in various Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Ogun State. The aim of this campaign was to achieve a behavioural change in the society by educating traders about their rights concerning road blocks and other "wahala" faced by them on a daily basis and by presenting to them TRIMS as a way to support them. Apart from educating traders about their rights, the most important message they want to get across is, that the traders who are facing roadblocks and want to report them have to use a so called Code Card that serves as guideline on how to report an incident. The Code Card can be obtained from OGUNCCIMA Office, from the MDG Office, from major motor parks and some markets.
